Work

Learning products, growth systems, and new ventures.

I work where customer understanding has to become product direction: sizing markets, shaping propositions, aligning teams, and building the loops that make people come back.

Selected work

A few concrete threads.

Now

Squla Primary Education

Product Manager for Squla Primary Education at Futurewhiz, leading product strategy and alignment across teams as we build the next learning portfolio. The work spans market understanding, sizing, business casing, product direction, and the trade-offs between engagement and learning value.

Futurewhiz

Studira to Squla

Helped build a new learning product from the ground up, first as growth marketer, then business lead, then product manager. Set up the full growth system across Customer.io, Meta, Google, agencies, direct mail, outdoor, conversion, content, email, and UX, reaching 2,000 paid subscriptions in year one.

Before

Innoleaps venture teams

At Innoleaps, led 20+ corporate innovation teams from idea to product-market fit in startup accelerator programs, helping corporates identify and test market opportunities. The work combined proposition development, experimentation, go-to-market, and venture leadership for FrieslandCampina, Nestle, Douwe Egberts, and Startupbootcamp programs.

Venture

Firma Kaas, Meal My Way, Douwe Egberts

Worked on ventures and propositions such as Firma Kaas for FrieslandCampina, Meal My Way for Nestle in meal replacement, and market validation for a new Douwe Egberts coffee proposition.

Approach

How I tend to work.

  1. 01

    Understand the market

Who is this for, what problem matters, how big can it become, and what would need to be true?

  2. 02

    Shape the proposition

Turn customer insight, education goals, and business constraints into a clear product direction.

  3. 03

    Build the loop

Find the behavior that creates repeat value: activation, engagement, retention, and communication.

  4. 04

    Align the teams

Create enough shared context for product, education, marketing, and growth to move together.

Beliefs

Learning products are strongest when disciplines stay close.

Education, engagement, efficacy, product experience, and communication are easy to split across teams. The strongest learning products keep those responsibilities in conversation.

That is where my background in psychology, growth, product management, and venture building tends to be useful: translating between evidence, strategy, customer behavior, and team execution.
