There when you need it
The little window floats above your work. A global shortcut shows or hides it.
A little app for your Mac
Less explaining which screen. More explaining what needs to change.
Collect screenshots of websites and apps, add feedback beside each image, and share a clear brief with a colleague or your LLM.

A few things to try
Love how clear this is. Could our next version start with the same simple question?

And keep this warmer shade of green.
A thought, before it disappears
Take a screenshot into your watched folder. Or paste an image with ⌘V, or drag one into the window. PNG and JPEG both work.
Add a quick observation, a question, or a few bullets. Your text stays with the image, so the context travels with it.
Copy your text and images together, export a PDF, or save Markdown and images as a ZIP for your next conversation.
Small on purpose
For reviewing a website, reporting an app issue, or giving an AI assistant the visual context behind your next change.

Documents and imported images are saved locally. Previous documents stay in the app’s archive.
Headings, lists, bold and italic keep notes readable. Browser screenshots can include the source link when you grant permission.
The plan
Pricing below describes the planned offer. Paid sales are not open.
Before you download
No. The watcher picks up newly added PNG and JPEG images in the watched folder, including images that are not screenshots. Pasting and dragging images into the app also import them. Each screenshot or image counts toward the free limit of five images in a document.
Each free document can contain up to five screenshots or images. You can create unlimited documents and export them as often as you like. Removing an image frees a slot after the document saves. The planned €19 unlock removes the image limit per document.
Optional local dictation is included in the free version. The current build requires Homebrew whisper-cpp, a speech model download of approximately 550 MB and microphone permission. This setup is still being tested for the release.
You choose what to share. Snapnotes exports your screenshots and notes as Markdown with image files, a PDF, or clipboard content. Add the supported files to your chat yourself; Snapnotes does not send documents to an LLM.
Yes. The planned direct download is not notarized by Apple. macOS may block it on first opening. After trying to open it, Apple’s supported process is System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway, then confirm Open. Only do this for an app you trust. Some managed Macs do not permit an override.
Compatibility and Apple silicon/Intel downloads will be listed with the tested release. They have not been verified yet. The current app interface is in Dutch.
There is an optional setting to move watched originals to the Trash after import. It is off by default. Leave it off if you want originals to stay in their folder.
Not yet. The €19 unlimited option is planned. This page will be updated when purchasing and license recovery are ready. No payment is taken here.
